I can confirm these are valid questions for middle east. Appeared VCP5-DCV in Qatar and passed. But its worth checking 4.1 documents for maximums since there are changes with the values.

Am about to sit for my VCP5-DCV in the next couple of days. I have booked it but am refraining to mention the dates. I downloaded configuration maximus etc a while back (March/April) which are now out of date.

As previously advised by VMSPOOKS.. the VCP5-DCV 410 blue print points fingers at 4.1 and wasnt surprised to see that the maximus has also been updated with addiotnal features configurations and maximums. Have a look here:-

If you really want to get your expertise in VMware then download the blue print and under each section is a section called TOOL. Download those guides and go through them to better understand. Thats what I have done. TONS & TONS of reading and understanding. But hey its all worth it. I just dont want another certificate to hang on the wall or a VCP5-DCV badge to parade around with. Just the expertise, knowlegde and skills and hence making the effort of writing this for like minded individuals out there.

Have also practiced my exams from 525Q which are based on update 4.1 and I sugges you all to do that.

You can also do mock exam practice from VMware site which allows you to attempt the exam 100 times with 30Q each time.

You can expect the VCP5-DCV4 goal post to change each time VMware update their software.
