As far as i know you can do the exam. But in order to become cissp-certiefied, you also need to do the course.

OK Mohammed, Practically, I am not able to create the vApp under a folder. I created a folder,try to create vApp. It is been disabled. So we can't. I think, we should ask ISC guys to explain this :)

Yeah, that's right, but how abt the Hosts, you can create a vApp under an ESX host

Create a vApp
After you create a datacenter and add a clustered DRS-enabled host to your vCenter Server system, you can
create a vApp.
You may create a new vApp under the following conditions:
n A host is selected in the inventory that is running ESX 3.0 or greater.
n A DRS-enabled cluster is selected in the inventory.
vApps can be created on folders, hosts, resource pools, DRS-enabled clusters, and within other vApps.

According to admin guide page 105 it is:

Create an Object Inside the vApp
Within a vApp, you can create a new virtual machine, resource pool, or another vApp.

So the answer remains a,b,c

The answer should be AB& D, however vApps can be created on hosts as well which are part of DRS Clusters

Regarding Question 8
Additional licensing is required once the number of cores per CPU reaches?
I would go with C. Since once you reach 8 or more cores, you require to go from Standard to Advanced.

Answer is down as C however that is actually possible as you can have up to 10 NICs and 4 SCSI adapters. (as per vsphere configuration Maximums)

I believe the actual answer is A) because the maximum disk size is 2TB - 512 bytes
