P.S. pick up Darril Gibson's book, it's an amazing read. It took me two days to read and I got 90% of the VCE questions right the first time through.

Should you like some videos concerning CompTIA SY0-401, simply go to YouTube and from there you can find all kinds of security + videos. Personally, I like the ones from PrepLogic a little better. Also, you can download them into RealPlayer and watch them from your local PC.

the vce mobile app is on itunes do a search for vce mobile it cost 9.99 and I think it is worth it. I have it on my itouch and have been studying this test and the one from eMDT on it while I am out and about.

You have to download the app from Itunes and then you want to add it to the app almost the same way you do with the regular vce. Your Itouch needs to have Internet access so you can upload the file to the Itouch.

This vce is very valid. I took the test on the 9/23 and I found all the questions, well most of them and the rest I just wrote down. I'll plan on retaking it Monday. I failed and got a 702. So this will be my last chance seeing that they gave me the book and in 3 weeks I tried to take the test, though I read the whole book, I got a 625 my first attemp. Which was in August. Blessings to evryone.

passed today with 890. used this dump and the one from eMDT and the 1300+ from overlord.

had seen every question, but to be honest I can not remember exact questions as I sress out when taking tests! Glad it's all over.

All I can say is that most questions were from this file and some from eMDT.

If I get chance, I will look thought the files again tomorrow and list any I remember seeing... ( if I can remember!).. Off to the pub to 'wind down!'

I would think that these PRACTICE EXAMS are close to word for word. The only way to tell is to study a couple of them and take the test and come back and tell us. And no I have not taken the test yet. I will be taking next week and I am studying this VCE as well as the one from eMDT.

No because the key word is HELP PREVENT. Plus if you look at the other items then you will see that the HD needs to be able to boot and the other two answers make no sense at all the only logical answer is the USB.

I still think it is USB because why would you be booting onto to a hard drive that had a known virus??? Just a thought.

When are you taking the test? What all have you used, I am taking it in a week, This is the first time I have been on this site or used any material like this. I have did a couple books and dvd classes. I feel pretty good but never completely feel good till it is over.

the question indicates that there's already a boot sector virus. if you boot from the hard drive, then boot sector virus gets launched. certain utilities are required to even make a usb drive bootable, whereas a hard drive is made for booting. I think the answer is hard drive. what's everyone else think.

I would say usb as well. Your hard drive has to start up to go into the OS usb is something that someone can just plug in and then you could get a virus

This is the file from Polska which is in 4 exams of 100Q and the last exam has the last 35Q. I made the time as 90 and the score as 750 like the real test.
